HOW IT WORKS

Our rebate program is designed for buyers and renters who do the initial work of identifying properties they are interested in.

1. Search for a property that meets your needs.
2. Contact Gr8Day Realty before registering with, visiting, touring, or applying through a builder, apartment community, listing agent, or another real estate professional. Gr8Day Realty must be properly identified and registered as your broker or referral source.
3. Gr8Day Realty will provide the agreed-upon brokerage services and handle the transaction paperwork from the offer through closing.
4. Home-buyer rebates are provided at closing through a method approved by the lender and title company.
5. Apartment rebates are generally provided within 30–90 days after move-in and after Gr8Day Realty receives the referral fee from the apartment community.

Rebate eligibility and the final rebate amount depend on the compensation Gr8Day Realty actually receives and the terms of the applicable representation or rebate agreement. Home-buyer rebates are contingent upon closing and funding and must be disclosed to and approved by the buyer’s lender and title company. The rebate will be shown on the Closing Disclosure or provided through another method approved by the lender and title company. A rebate may be reduced, limited, or prohibited by the lender, title company, compensation received, program requirements, or applicable law.

Apartment Rebates are contingent upon Gr8Day Realty being properly registered as the referral source, the renter satisfying all program requirements, and Gr8Day Realty receiving the referral fee from the apartment community.
