Rebate Details
- New Construction Homes: Buyers can receive a rebate of 2.5% of the sales price.
- Pre-Owned Homes: Buyers can receive a rebate of 2% of the sales price.
- Apartment Rentals: Get back half the referral fee.
How It Works
The core concept is that the buyer does the initial “footwork” of locating the home. Saving time in order to pass the savings to the buyer.
- Find the property: The buyer searches for the desired new construction or pre-owned home on their own. Meaning to visit and tour on their own.
- Notify the builder/seller/Apt: Gr8Day Realty is the agent/broker.
- Gr8Day handles the paperwork from the offer to closing.
- Receive the rebate the same day or next business day.
- Apts 30-90 days after move in
Any rebate is contingent upon closing and will be disclosed to Buyer’s lender and the title company. The rebate will appear on the Closing Disclosure or be provided at closing through another method approved by the lender and title company. The rebate may be limited or adjusted as required by the lender, title company, or applicable law.
