A home buyer rebate works like any other rebate offer but on a much larger scale.  The 2.5% rebate money comes out of the Broker fee that is paid to Gr8Day Realty.  As long as the broker fee is at least 3% of the sales price we are able to offer 2.5% with ease.  Our buyers do all the leg work and we do all the paperwork.   Buyers will visit the communities on their own and let us know which one they would like to move forward with.  Once that is done, Gr8Day Realty manages the transaction from start to finish.
