How to Request Your Rebate
- Complete the apartment rebate form. Provide the information requested about your lease and move-in.
- Submit any required documentation. We may need a copy of your lease or other information to confirm your residency and referral eligibility.
- Allow time for verification. Gr8Day Realty will confirm that we were properly registered as your referral source and that all program requirements have been satisfied.
- Receive your rebate. Apartment rebates are generally processed within 30–90 days after move-in and after Gr8Day Realty receives the referral fee from the apartment community.
- Watch for confirmation. We will send you a text or email when your rebate has been processed. If you select direct deposit, secure payment instructions and confirmation will be provided. Please do not send banking information through regular email or text.

Rebate eligibility and the final amount depend on Gr8Day Realty being properly registered as the referral source, the renter satisfying all program requirements and Gr8Day Realty receiving the referral fee from the apartment community. Processing times may vary by property.

For example, if Gr8Day Realty receives a $1,000 referral fee:
$1,000 ÷ 2 = $500 rebate
When Will You Receive Your Rebate?
Apartment communities generally pay referral fees within 30–90 days after move-in. Once Gr8Day Realty receives and verifies the referral payment, eligible rebates are typically processed the same day or the next business day.

Available for qualifying apartment leases in Texas. Gr8Day Realty must be listed as the referral source on the renter’s guest card and rental application from the initial visit or contact.
