New Home Rebates In Texas
Easy Steps to get your new home rebate. Here is how it works:
Gr8Day Realty saves Texas home buyers a lot of money by offering a rebate of 2.5% of the purchase price of the home. We provide links to most of the new home builders in Texas and our buyers do the leg work visiting the new home subdivisions on their own.
1. The builders will have models set up and an on-site agent that can help with additional questions about the subdivision, builder incentives, current availability of inventory homes and homes that are to be built, along with lot sizes and locations.
2. Once our buyers find the home they want to move forward with, Gr8Day Realty will get with the builder's on-site agent and manage the transaction from the offer until closing.
3. Our buyers will then let us know how they want their 2.5% rebate money to be applied. Apply it toward closing costs or a builder upgrade or the cash when we close.
4. Buyers that want the cash at closing will let us know how they would like the money sent to them; mail a paper check or do direct deposit into their account (We do not save banking information).
5. The rebate is processed as soon as the sale has been funded, meaning Gr8Day Realty has received the broker fee and all parties have signed their paperwork at the Title Company.
6. The buyer will receive a text confirming their rebate has been deposited into their bank account. Please allow 24-48 hours for the rebate to be processed.
