What is an Apartment Rebate?

Rebates are like coupons that give money back on the lease of an apartment. Most apartment communities offer a referral fee to Apartment Locators and Real Estate Agents for recommending their property. The amount of the referral fee depends on the management company. Some will pay a percentage of one month’s rent and others will pay a flat fee. Whatever the amount is we split that with our clients.

Let us know where you have submitted an application.  The apartments do not notify us.  We want to submit our invoice asap.
