Rebate Details

  • New Construction Homes: Buyers can receive a rebate of 2.5% of the sales price.
  • Pre-Owned Homes: Buyers can receive a rebate of 2% of the sales price.
  • Apartment Rentals: Get back half the referral fee.

How It Works

The core concept is that the buyer does the initial “footwork” of locating the home. Saving time in order to pass the savings to the buyer.

  1. Find the property: The buyer searches for the desired new construction or pre-owned home on their own. Meaning to visit and tour on their own.
  2. Notify the builder/seller/Apt: Gr8Day Realty is the agent/broker.
  3. Gr8Day handles the paperwork from the offer to closing.
  1. Receive the rebate the same day or next business day.
  2.  Apts 30-90 days after move in

Payout Out Options

  • Applied to Closing Costs: The amount can be a credit on the closing statement to cover associated costs (subject to lender approval).
  • Builder Upgrades: The funds can be applied toward upgrades offered by the builder.
  • Cash Back: The buyer can receive the money via direct deposit or paper check after closing/funding is complete.
