🏠 New-Construction Homes

Qualified buyers may receive a rebate of up to 2.5% of the sales price.*

🔑 Pre-Owned Homes

Qualified buyers may receive a rebate of up to 2% of the sales price.*

🏢 Apartment Rentals

Qualified renters may receive up to 50% of the referral fee Gr8Day Realty receives.*

How the Gr8Day Realty Rebate Process Works

1. Find Your Property

Search for a home or apartment that meets your needs and budget.

2. Contact Gr8Day Realty First

Contact Gr8Day Realty before you register, visit, tour, or apply for a property. This includes builders, apartment communities, listing agents, and other real estate professionals.

The builder, apartment community, or real estate professional must identify Gr8Day Realty as your broker or referral source.

3. Complete Your Transaction

Gr8Day Realty will provide the agreed-upon brokerage services. We will also help manage the paperwork from your offer through closing.

4. Receive Your Rebate

Home-buyer rebates are provided at closing. The lender and title company must approve the payment method.

Apartment rebates are generally provided within 30 to 90 days after move-in. Gr8Day Realty must first receive the referral fee from the apartment community.

Terms and Restrictions Apply

Rebate Eligibility

Rebate eligibility and the final rebate amount may vary. The amount depends on the compensation Gr8Day Realty receives. It also depends on the terms of the buyer representation agreement.

Home-Buyer Rebates

Home-buyer rebates require a successful closing and funding. In addition, the buyer’s lender and title company must review and approve the rebate. The rebate will appear on the Closing Disclosure.

In some cases, a lender may reduce, limit, or prohibit the rebate.

Apartment Rebates

Gr8Day Realty must be properly registered as the renter’s referral source. The renter must also meet all program requirements.

Finally, Gr8Day Realty must receive the referral fee from the apartment community before paying the rebate.
