Once you have found the home you want to move forward on we will contact the builder. Then the builder will send us the necessary paperwork to ensure you get a 2.5% rebate. Also, you can use the 2.5% rebate toward a builder upgrade. Simply go to our Claim Rebate Credits page and let us know your pay out preference.
When Visiting New Homes
When visiting the new home sites give them our information. You will be asked to fill out a Guest Card with your information and ours. Secondly, you will see a spot that asks if you have a Realtor or Agent, list Gr8Day Realty. Then, if you like what you see we will contact the builder to start the process. Your 2.5% new home buyer rebate credit will be applied per your request. That is to say, it can be applied towards closing costs or an upgrade or the cash at closing.
