3. Choose Your New Home
Once you find the right home, let us know. We will confirm the property details, builder incentives and available broker compensation.
4. We Handle the Transaction
Gr8Day Realty will provide professional representation and help manage the paperwork, offer, inspections, communication and closing process.
5. Receive Your Eligible Buyer Credit
Your credit may be applied toward allowable closing costs or provided through another method approved by your lender and title company.
