3. Tour your favorite communities. Visit the builders and model homes that interest you, making sure Gr8Day Realty is listed as your broker on every registration or guest card.
4. Choose your new home. Once you find the right property, contact us so we can confirm the details and guide you through the purchasing process.
5. Receive your eligible rebate. Your rebate may be applied toward eligible closing costs or provided through another method approved by your lender and title company.
